During October 2016, Dubbo hosted the Artlands Regional Arts Conference and Festival. I spent many months visiting Dubbo in preparation to present three outcomes there. Firstly I worked with artists Joey Ruigork and Dave Jones to create the opening ceremony. For two night I presented the Landscape installation Specimen and I also spoke on the Keynote Arts and Health Panel about the ongoing Harmonic Oscillator project that I am creating in the UK for delivery in Australian Hospitals in 2017.
